Jhalak dikha jaana

Jhalak

jis desh jaa rahe ho
rahe aap khushal wahaan
chhod jo aap chale ho
aapna chhota sa jahaan

jaa rahe ho aap jo
ajeeb sa lage hai
humein aap chhod chale
aisee kya jageh hai

ek hee raat mein
chale gaye aap itni dur
kaun gaon hai yeh
jise kehte hai vastrapur

aap jahaan kahaan ho
khushalta aapke saath rahe
jo bhi aap kar chalein
saphalta aapko miltee rahe

par saphalta ke shikhar pe
humein aap bhool naa jaana
pal pal guzarte aap
humein jhalak dikha jaana

You write poems in hindi too! :-o
One fleeting glance at the title of the post and thought that it must be something about Himesh 'gets-on-my-nerves' Reshamiya! Glad it wasnt :-p
Nice poem :-)
Wanna see u write in Marathi in the next post :-p

Hey Megha!
There are a lot of things that I do that you may not know about ;)
Himeshbhaoooo Reshamiya is no fav of mine too!
Glad that you went beyond the title.
I thought that people may not read it considering the title.
Glad that you like the poem.
Marathi? That looks like a tall order! I can barely manage to converse in Marathi, let alone write.

Pretty pleased to see that you frequent the blog. I didnt know that you came along once in a while. Its been a long time since I've got something online. And it was pleasant to see that you did read when it was posted.

Thanks! Nice to hear that you appreciate it!
I didn't think much about it.
And I can barely manage with Hindi...leave alone the various vernacular languages that you are talking about!
But if the need arises...i may!
